Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL License
- 6 months experience in the last 12 months, or 1 year in the last 3 years
- At least 21 years of age
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 minor accidents in the past 3 years
- No DWI / DUI / BAC in the past 10 years
- No license suspensions in the last 12 months
- No felony convictions in the past 5 years
