- Valid Class A CDL License
- 2 years tractor trailer experience in the last 3 years
- At least 23 years of age
- No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years, no serious violations
- No more than 3 accidents in the last 3 years, no DOT preventables
- No DWI / DUI / BAC in the past 5 years
- No license suspension for a moving violation in the last 12 months
- No felonies in the past 5 years
